MEET OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM
Co-founders James Stinson and Karthik Angamuthu have combined their land development, technology, and finance backgrounds to create Austin NNN. They utilized strategic positioning to build a reliable, consistent, and lucrative business that yields maximum returns to the Austin NNN investors.
Lead Developer
James, Lead Developer and 7th generation Austinite, started in the real estate industry in his teenage years. He handled leasing for the family’s portfolio of single-family rentals in South and East Austin neighborhoods.
Co-founder
Co-founder Karthik’s background is in investments, business operations, and technology integrations. He has lived in Austin for more than 20 years, earning his MBA from McCombs School of Business.
